Composers
Composers wrap shapes and configure how they register. They render nothing.
Effect

outline and glow on <Fast> live in a single global config. Two <Fast>
wrappers with effects share one setting and the last mounted wins.
Shapes inside <Fast> have their own outline and glow discarded.
